Individual Counselling
One-on-one sessions tailored to your needs. Available in-person at Illawong or online. For adults and young people navigating all of life's challenges.
Couples Counselling
A supportive, neutral space for couples to improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate challenges together.
Youth Counselling
Specialised support for young people. Sessions are adapted to be age-appropriate, comfortable, and genuinely useful for teens and young adults.
