Mindnest Counselling offers in-person sessions at Illawong Shopping Village in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, and online counselling across Australia.

A few practical details before booking your session.
Session Fees
Individual counselling sessions are $130. Couples counselling sessions are $180. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Referrals & Medicare
You do not need a referral to book. Medicare rebates do not apply, and Mental Health Care Plans are not accepted.
Private Health
Mindnest Counselling is a provider with Bupa and nib. You may be able to claim part of the fee depending on your cover.
NDIS
MindNest can accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS referrals where counselling is included in the plan. Please get in touch before booking.
