Book a Session.
You’re not alone. Booking your first counselling session can feel like a big step, and it’s completely okay to feel unsure. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and move through the process at your own pace.
A free 15-minute consultation is available if you’d like to explore whether counselling feels right for you. This is a confidential, no-obligation conversation where we can discuss your needs and see if Mindnest Counselling is a good fit before booking a full session.
How Counselling Can Help
People seek counselling for many different reasons. You might be feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or facing changes in relationships, work, or life direction. Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and better understand what you’re experiencing.
Together, we work to make sense of what’s been difficult, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward. The focus is not on fixing you, but on supporting you to feel more grounded, aware, and able to respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.
Who I Support
Mindnest Counselling works with adults, young people, and couples across the Sutherland Shire. Sessions support concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
