Individual counselling sessions are $160.
Sessions run for 50 minutes and are available in person at Illawong Shopping Village or online.

Appointments commencing at 4:30 pm or later attract an additional $25 after-hours fee.

Couples counselling sessions are $220.
Sessions run for 50 minutes and are available in person at Illawong Shopping Village or online.

You do not need a referral to book a counselling session with Mindnest Counselling.
Medicare rebates do not apply, and Mental Health Care Plans are not accepted.

Mindnest Counselling is a recognised provider with Bupa, nib, Medibank, HCF and ahm, and is also registered as a counselling provider with ARHG.
Through ARHG, eligible members of participating health funds may be able to claim a rebate for counselling. Participating funds include:
Australian Defence Force Family Program, AIA Health Insurance, Doctors Health Fund, Defence Health, Emergency Services Health, Frank Health Insurance, GMHBA, HBF, Mildura Health Fund, Navy Health, Nurses & Midwives Health, Phoenix Health Fund, Police Health, see-u by HBF, St. Lukes Health, Teachers Health, TUH Health Fund, UniHealth and Westfund Health Insurance.
Rebate eligibility and amounts vary depending on your health fund, level of cover and available benefits. Please check directly with your health fund before your appointment to confirm whether your policy includes counselling with an ARHG-registered provider.
A receipt containing the relevant provider details will be supplied for claiming.

Mindnest Counselling can accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS referrals where counselling is included in your plan.
Fees are charged in line with the relevant NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, may incur the full session fee.

Payment is made at the time of booking to secure your session.
