Individual counselling sessions are $130.
Sessions run for 50 minutes and are available in person at Illawong Shopping Village or online.

Sessions run for 50 minutes and are available in person or online.

You do not need a referral to book a counselling session with MindNest Counselling.
Medicare rebates do not apply, and Mental Health Care Plans are not accepted.

Mindnest Counselling is a provider with BUPA and NIB..
Depending on your level of cover, you may be able to claim part of your session fee through your private health fund.
Please check directly with your provider to confirm what you are covered for.

Mindnest Counselling can accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS referrals where counselling is included in your plan.
Fees are charged in line with the relevant NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Please get in touch before booking so we can check whether counselling is suitable for your plan and support needs.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, may incur the full session fee.

Payment is made at the time of booking to secure your session.
