Getting StartedYou do not need a referral to book.
You can book directly through the client portal, or get in touch first if you have a question. Mindnest Counselling offers in-person counselling at Illawong Shopping Village in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, and online counselling across Australia.
I aim to respond as soon as I can, but Mindnest Counselling is not a crisis service. If you need urgent support, contact emergency services or a crisis support service.
